About the Role
You will oversee daily Premium Agency cash operations, including transfers between Safe and PCA accounts, bill counting, transaction recording, and liquidity requests. You will work directly with customers and agents, coordinate cash-in-transit transactions, report discrepancies and counterfeit bills, maintain office security, and escalate feedback that affects agency activity.
Requirements
- 2+ years of cashier experience in cash management, reconciliation, liquidity management, cash handling, or delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent
- Proficiency in French
- Experience in front-office customer service or banking
- Knowledge of Wave products is an advantage
- Work authorization in Niger
Responsibilities
- Manage cash transfers between Safe and PCA accounts
- Conduct end-of-day bill counting and prepare daily statements
- Record cash-management transactions in the treasury system
- Request sufficient funds for agent and client rebalancing
- Manage cash-in-transit transactions
- Report discrepancies and challenges raised by Premium Cash Assistants
- Report counterfeit bills to management
- Maintain office materials and security
- Escalate feedback that may affect agency operations
