About the Role
You will process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions across managed funds, equities, and fixed-interest products. You will reconcile holdings, maintain stock and cash ledgers, source market information, support system improvements, manage daily operational activities, and maintain compliance requirements.
Requirements
- MBA or PGDM graduate
- Tertiary qualification
- At least three years of operations experience
- At least two years of corporate actions experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and MSSQL Server 2008 skills

Responsibilities
- Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions within KPI targets
- Allocate coupon and dividend income, maturities, fund closures, rights issues, takeovers, stock splits, conversions, share purchase plans, and IPOs
- Source corporate-action information from fund managers, data feeds, Bloomberg, custodian agents, and market exchanges
- Liaise with client relationship and support teams
- Maintain and clear internal stock and cash ledger control accounts daily
- Reconcile client holdings against agent holdings
- Develop system enhancements with IT
- Improve processes, controls, and team procedures
- Communicate corporate-event notifications with fund managers, custodian agents, and brokers
- Test team processes for project releases and regression testing
- Manage daily corporate-actions operations, reporting, checklists, issue logs, and inboxes
- Manage compliance and regulatory requirements
- Support team engagement and staff development plans
