About the Role

As Analyst, Capital Markets Intelligence and CRM, you will run the information systems that the entire Capital Markets Group depends on. You will produce daily capital markets intelligence digests and weekly rollups, monitor multilingual global sources, track distressed and special situations across gaming and interactive entertainment, maintain institutional relationship data, prepare meeting briefs, support investor meetings and roadshows, and manage the global events calendar and follow-up operations.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, equity or credit research, management consulting, or data-intensive operations at a financial institution
  • Working knowledge of gaming and interactive entertainment ecosystems is a plus
  • Excellent research and business writing skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce administration concepts, SQL, or automation tooling preferred
  • Strong working proficiency in Excel and CRM or comparable structured data systems
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high throughput
  • Discretion with confidential information and a high degree of ethics and integrity
  • Professional working proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Portuguese, or Spanish preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • SIE examination passed or scheduled preferred

Responsibilities

  • Produce the daily capital markets intelligence digests and Friday weekly rollup
  • Monitor the defined multilingual source set and flag regionally significant items to coverage heads
  • Track distressed and special situations across gaming and interactive entertainment
  • Prepare screening one-pagers for the weekly pipeline call
  • Build institutional records with enrichment, deduplication, and tiering support
  • Operate prospect staging and promotion workflows and support quarterly tiering refreshes
  • Maintain audit trails for data provenance and consent context
  • Prepare Tier 1 meeting briefs at least 24 hours in advance
  • Log meeting outcomes and next actions in the relationship platform
  • Support materials preparation for investor meetings, roadshows, and transaction processes
  • Maintain the global events calendar with rolling 30, 60, and 90 day action lists
  • Run event follow-up operations and promote qualified contacts into the platform
