About the Role
You'll take on a generalist role within Business Operations with broad scope across the company. You'll work directly with partner banks, coordinate with product and engineering on bank requests, keep the cross-functional project plan on track, and contribute to the operating model as the company scales. This is a foundational hire on a small team, suited to someone organized and analytical who wants to help build a company at the pre-launch stage.
Requirements
- U.S.-based with an ability to travel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in financial services consulting, business operations, or a similar high-growth fintech role
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pre-launch startup environment
Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for questions coming in from partner banks
- Triage and scope incoming requests, working with product, engineering, and compliance to develop responses
- Prep analysis and materials for partner meetings
- Build analyses and operating documents that inform how the company runs and scales across commercial, financial, and organizational decisions
- Maintain and drive the master cross-functional project plan across business, product, legal, and engineering
- Track milestones, surface blockers, and keep the team aligned through launch
- Own special projects such as market research, competitive analysis, process build-out, and vendor evaluation
