About the Role
You will build and operate compliance systems for a stablecoin business. You will maintain internal rules operate the compliance committee support new services manage risks and internal controls lead projects provide guidance and training manage regulatory relationships and handle electronic payment instrument information.
Requirements
- Interest in and user-level knowledge of cryptocurrency stablecoins and blockchain
- Strong analytical problem-solving communication and negotiation skills
- Proactively improve operations and systems based on feedback from laws regulators and experts
- Teamwork responsibility autonomy planning management and execution skills
- At least two years of compliance department experience at a company or financial institution is preferred
- Experience responding to the Financial Services Agency or other regulators is preferred
- Business-level English is preferred
- Experience in cryptocurrency exchange or money transfer businesses is preferred
- Attorney qualification or specialized legal knowledge is preferred
