About the Role

You will support the creation of processes, controls, and responsibilities across the fund value chain. You will help design and conduct tests and training, support rollout activities, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and investigate regulatory matters and PMO topics.

Requirements

  • Active or former elite athlete whose sports career ended no more than one year ago
  • Completed vocational education, current bachelor's studies, or a bachelor's degree completed no more than two years before program start
  • Interest in investment management, financial markets, and asset management
  • Analytical and structured thinking
  • Ability to take responsibility and advance topics independently
  • Collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of processes, controls, and responsibilities across the fund value chain
  • Design and conduct tests and training and support rollout planning and implementation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on future fund operations
  • Investigate regulatory topics and support the Project Management Office
