About the Role
You will act as an AML and KYC subject matter expert for digital asset operations and contribute to workstreams that deliver new capabilities. You will establish risk controls, assess operating models, support testing, maintain audit readiness, coordinate issue remediation, monitor data quality, manage stakeholders, and report workstream progress.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in AML or KYC functions
- Knowledge of AML and KYC systems processes and operating models
- Experience in risk compliance and control management
- Experience with AML and financial crime requirements
- Experience supporting audits compliance testing and regulatory reviews
- Experience with evidence collation issue response coordination and remediation tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or a related discipline
- AML or financial crime certification preferred
- Hands-on experience with digital assets and wallets preferred
- Knowledge of distributed ledger technology and tokenization preferred
- Excellent communication and escalation skills
- Ability to collaborate across functions and with external stakeholders
- Time management and multitasking skills
Responsibilities
- Participate in digital asset operations workstreams as an AML and KYC subject matter expert
- Align value streams and manage interdependencies
- Establish risk control procedures
- Execute and evidence first-line controls
- Partner with testing teams in UAT and production
- Maintain audit readiness
- Support internal and external audits compliance testing and regulatory reviews
- Collate evidence and coordinate issue responses
- Track remediation activities
- Identify control gaps and operational risks
- Perform root cause analysis
- Maintain data quality and documentation
- Manage workstream risks resources and stakeholder communications
- Provide regular workstream delivery reports
