About the Role
You will support end-to-end environment management, batch operations, testing, conversion, and implementation delivery across client programs. You will coordinate readiness activities and dependencies, monitor batch processing, track risks and issues, provide stakeholder updates, and improve operational processes and reporting.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in environment management, batch operations, implementation delivery, platform support, or technology operations
- Understanding of testing lifecycles, release management, data conversion, and operational readiness
- Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and priorities
Responsibilities
- Support environment planning, setup, configuration, and readiness activities
- Coordinate environment support for testing, conversion, and implementation milestones
- Maintain environment inventories, dependencies, and documentation
- Assist with reference-data setup, onboarding, and configuration
- Support batch scheduling, execution, monitoring, and issue resolution
- Maintain operational procedures, documentation, and reporting
- Support testing cycles, conversion events, and production-readiness activities
- Track issues, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Provide project-status updates and support issue resolution across workstreams
- Participate in readiness reviews and implementation-planning sessions
- Contribute to process standardization, automation, and operational improvements
- Support reporting, metrics, and documentation initiatives
