About the Role

You will oversee daily SMA account onboarding and maintenance, respond to client inquiries, process account transitions and strategy updates, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. You will maintain procedures, resolve issues, manage deliverables, and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in client service, operations, sales, or portfolio management support
• Client service and account onboarding background preferred
• Ability to build relationships with senior management, clients, and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• BA/BS or equivalent
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Onboard and service SMA accounts
• Resolve issues with clients, custodians, and internal partners
• Respond to client queries and understand client needs
• Streamline operations, automate processes, and reduce errors
• Set up custodians, platforms, and interfaces
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
• Identify process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies
• Track deliverables and manage dependencies
• Coordinate issue management and escalations
