About the Role
You will manage the logistics and inventory of robot and Skill Capture Glove materials. You will receive, inspect, label, store, count, and kit components while keeping material quantities current in the MES. You will resolve inventory discrepancies, coordinate material exchanges across departments, and help establish systems, SOPs, and reorder rules that support production, repairs, and R&D.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control, stockroom operations, or materials handling
- Experience with electromechanical hardware preferred
- Attention to detail when handling small, similar-looking components
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lb
Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts of robot and glove parts and resolve discrepancies
- Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming parts
- Organize the stockroom and kit parts for builds, repairs, and R&D
- Build inventory systems, SOPs, and reorder rules
- Coordinate interdepartmental material release, exchange, and reception
- Maintain up-to-date material quantities in the MES
