About the Role

You will partner with client stakeholders to turn business priorities into Aladdin solutions, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes. You will manage governance, lead multi-workstream initiatives, diagnose workflow gaps, communicate with senior stakeholders, and bring client feedback into product priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in front-office investment workflows or operational and investment operations environments
• Experience building trusted stakeholder relationships and driving outcomes through consultative partnership
• Experience with Aladdin, investment technology, analytics, or order management platforms
• Project management, stakeholder management, and governance skills
• Understanding of the investment management lifecycle
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is highly beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead value-delivery engagements with client stakeholders
• Translate client priorities into Aladdin solutions, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes
• Diagnose workflow gaps and adoption blockers using data, feedback, and usage patterns
• Develop and execute plans to strengthen adoption and improve operating outcomes
• Own client governance, Book of Work reviews, engagement cadences, and steering forums
• Lead multi-workstream initiatives and manage risks, escalations, and stakeholder communication
• Establish success metrics and articulate engagement value
• Bring structured client feedback into product priorities
