About the Role
You will manage commercial operational processes and pricing information, review contract terms, oversee deal flow from draft through onboarding, create fee schedules, maintain client data, and provide contract and fee details to finance, relationship management, sales, and legal partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant study in law, organizational sciences, economics, business management, or a related subject area
- Professional written and spoken English proficiency
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Excel knowledge
- Ability to simplify complex information for partner teams
- Analytical skills and contract knowledge
- Time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Responsibilities
- Manage operational processes related to Aladdin business commercials and pricing information
- Understand client fee structures and contract attributes
- Provide oversight and governance for commercial terms and pricing
- Oversee contract deal flow from draft through signing, onboarding, and client data tracking
- Create fee schedules for business contracts
- Onboard clients and maintain client data and contract terms
- Provide client fee and contract-change information to Finance, Relationship Management, Sales, and Legal teams
