About the Role
You will manage a research backlog, translate priorities into scoped questions, recruit and oversee external researchers, and keep research work moving. You will edit and publish outputs across formats, maintain research processes and expert networks, and surface insights that improve research strategy.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and prioritize the research backlog
- Translate strategic priorities into scoped research questions
- Source and manage contractors, fellows, and academic researchers
- Define deliverables and timelines and keep research engagements on track
- Provide substantive feedback on research drafts
- Manage the draft-to-publication pipeline
- Edit publications, guides, tools, presentations, and other outputs
- Establish research templates, review processes, and quality standards
- Maintain a pool of contractors, fellows, and expert reviewers
- Identify research insights and process improvements that inform strategy
