About the Role

You will evaluate design outputs across visual assets, layouts, websites, prototypes, and games. You will identify design issues, refine or recreate weak outputs, write clear annotations and critiques, label design datasets, and help develop evaluation tasks, rubrics, and examples.

Requirements

• Professional design excellence in graphic design, brand and visual design, product or UI/UX design, web design, game design, illustration, or a related discipline
• Portfolio demonstrating strong taste and finished high-quality work
• Knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, composition, consistency, and communication clarity
• Ability to evaluate and explain design quality
• English fluency and written communication for critiques, annotations, and design rationale
• Attention to detail
• Ability to create high-quality reference examples

Responsibilities

• Evaluate design outputs across visual assets, layouts, documents, websites, prototypes, and games
• Identify and articulate design issues
• Refine, restyle, or recreate outputs that fall short
• Write annotations and critiques distinguishing mediocre, good, and excellent design
• Label datasets spanning graphic design, interface design, web experiences, and game design
• Collaborate on evaluation tasks, rubrics, and examples
• Work across varied briefs and styles while maintaining quality and judgment
