About the Role
You will lead strategic engagements with law firms and in-house legal teams from discovery through deployment and expansion. You will translate legal workflows into AI solutions, build demonstrations and prototypes, run pilots, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and turn repeatable customer needs into deployment playbooks and product priorities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct legal practice or legal operations/legal innovation experience
- 5+ years of total experience across legal and technical go-to-market, sales engineering, solutions architecture, AI product strategy, or applied AI
- Legal workflow expertise
- Understanding of AI products, agents, and workflows
- Ability to scope ambiguous customer problems into deployment plans
- Commercial experience with senior legal stakeholders
- Written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple complex customer workstreams
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery with law firms and in-house legal departments
- Define solution scope, success metrics, pilot design, and commercial structure
- Drive deployments and rollouts across practice groups and legal departments
- Build and deliver workflow-specific legal demonstrations
- Prototype workflows, skills, and connector configurations
- Run pilots and evaluations
- Translate legal workflows into product, connector, and data-partnership priorities
- Assess legal-data and document-management integrations
- Codify repeatable engagement patterns and deployment playbooks
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships through qualification, proposal, pricing, legal review, and close
