About the Role
You will define and lead the post-silicon validation strategy for AI systems-on-chip. You will lead validation and bring-up across silicon, firmware and platform layers; investigate complex issues; improve automation and validation coverage; and report quality, progress and risks to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- 20 or more years of silicon, system or platform validation experience, including 10 or more years of technical leadership
- Experience leading post-silicon validation and bring-up for complex AI, GPU or CPU SoCs
- Knowledge of SoC architecture, coherency protocols, power management and interconnects
- Expertise in debug tools, DFT infrastructure and validation automation frameworks
- Proficiency in C, C++, Python and Linux-based environments
- Communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the post-silicon validation strategy
- Lead investigation and resolution of silicon, firmware, operating-system and platform issues
- Align design, software and validation teams on quality objectives and debug priorities
- Advance emulation, prototyping and large-scale validation automation
- Improve validation methods, automation and analysis
- Report validation progress, risks and quality indicators to executives and partners
- Contribute to product-readiness assessments and roadmap decisions
