About the Role
You will lead the Bangalore CPU Core Design Verification team and manage hiring, mentoring, performance management, and growth. You will own verification strategy and delivery, coordinate across sites, drive tapeout readiness, and contribute to debug, reviews, and AI-assisted verification workflows.
Requirements
- 15+ years of CPU or design-verification experience
- 7+ years leading verification teams
- Out-of-order CPU verification expertise
- RISC-V ISA knowledge
- RTL
- UVM or CVM
- Testbench development
- Regression, coverage, and debug experience
- Experience with Design, DV, Emulation, and Post-Silicon teams
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology

- Build and lead the Bangalore CPU Core Design Verification team
