About the Role

You will shape and execute AI partnership strategy, build and deepen relationships with AI-native firms, and identify commercial and product opportunities. You will structure and close AI product integrations, platform collaborations, and co-building partnerships. You will work with product, engineering, design, legal, and go-to-market stakeholders to take partnerships from concept to launch, while translating AI ecosystem developments into actionable opportunities.

Requirements

• Be known and trusted in the AI ecosystem.
• Influence AI labs and AI-native firms through relationships and partnership value creation.
• Understand foundation models, products built on them, and technical integration decisions.
• Demonstrate a track record of closing complex partnerships, shipping products, or making investments from start to finish.
• Apply strong product intuition and user-centric thinking.
• Evaluate partnership opportunities, structure win-win outcomes, and prioritize investments.
• Lead and influence cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, and business teams.
• Communicate clearly and exercise sound judgment in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.

• Represent Ramp in conversations with AI companies and product partners.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design to shape the AI product roadmap and investment priorities.
• Identify, structure, and close AI-driven product integrations, platform collaborations, and strategic co-building partnerships.
• Align product, engineering, legal, and go-to-market stakeholders to launch partnerships.
• Represent Ramp in high-stakes partnership conversations.
• Translate AI ecosystem developments into partnership opportunities.
