About the Role
You will build, deploy, monitor, and improve agentic automations for partner operations. You will integrate systems of record, add appropriate guardrails, prototype high-impact workflows, and establish reusable patterns for self-service automation.
Requirements
- Experience building with LLMs and agentic tooling
- Prompt and workflow design
- Tool or function calling
- MCP or comparable integration frameworks
- Agent-output evaluation
- API integration experience
- Experience with CRM, PRM, LMS, Slack, email, and spreadsheet tools
- Python or JavaScript
- Automation-risk assessment
- Process redesign

Responsibilities
- Build agentic workflows for partner operations
- Integrate automations with partner, CRM, enablement, finance, and database systems
- Convert manual workflows into monitored automations
- Add guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints
- Own error handling, escalation paths, and workflow iteration
- Prototype high-friction workflow solutions
- Create reusable skills, prompts, connectors, and playbooks
- Teach team members to self-serve simple workflows
