About the Role

You will establish and lead release integration testing for AI Inference Core. You will define quality strategy and readiness criteria, design test architecture, lead cross-stack validation and release triage, improve release metrics and automation, mentor engineers, and make evidence-based release decisions.

Requirements

  • Software-engineering fundamentals and programming ability in Python, Go, or a similar language
  • Technical leadership experience in software quality, test infrastructure, systems validation, release engineering, or software integration
  • Experience designing automation and test architecture for distributed, systems-level, infrastructure, or AI software
  • Ability to investigate ambiguous cross-stack failures and drive resolution
  • Understanding of risk-based testing, release readiness, regression strategy, failure analysis, and quality metrics
  • Ability to align multiple engineering teams
  • Clear communication and judgment during high-pressure releases

Responsibilities

  • Define release integration testing strategy, ownership boundaries, readiness criteria, coverage expectations, and escalation thresholds
  • Identify dependencies and interaction risks across the inference stack
  • Review test evidence and approve integration readiness before release entry
  • Lead integrated end-to-end validation and risk-based release regression
  • Improve branch stability through health metrics, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and release pipelines
  • Lead regression and rollout triage, root-cause analysis, and coverage improvements
  • Mentor engineers and improve automation, diagnostics, probes, and test planning
