About the Role
You will lead customers from contract signature to production deployment. You will configure identity and provisioning integrations, advise IT and security leaders, enable product capabilities, create scalable activation programs, and measure adoption outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles
- Experience running concurrent enterprise deployments
- Experience serving nonprofits or mission-driven organizations
- Enterprise identity integration experience
- Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, SCIM v2, and JIT provisioning
- Experience with Okta, Entra ID, Ping, or Google Workspace
- Enterprise governance, RBAC, and OAuth experience
- Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR
- Program design and measurement experience
- LLM workflow experience
- Change management and enablement experience
- Metrics analysis
Responsibilities
- Lead the activation journey from contract signature to production deployment
- Configure and troubleshoot SAML, SCIM, JIT provisioning, MCP connectors, and admin policies
- Advise CISOs and CTOs on governance and enterprise setup
- Enable and govern customer capabilities and connectors
- Design scalable activation frameworks and playbooks
- Create self-serve deployment and onboarding programs
- Develop change-management and Train-the-Trainer programs
- Track activation, time-to-value, satisfaction, and efficiency metrics
- Share deployment insights with Product, Support, and Security
