About the Role
You will build relationships with engineering leaders and power users at strategic accounts. You will guide rollout, prompt strategy, context configuration, and enablement; align product usage with customer goals; plan accounts and business reviews; monitor engagement; and use customer feedback to influence roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and engineering organization structures
- Knowledge of technical workflows, AI tooling, and developer productivity
- Experience in TAM, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, or Consulting for enterprise software
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with engineering leaders and power users at key accounts
- Partner with Field Engineering and Sales on the post-sale experience
- Drive product adoption aligned with business objectives and engineering goals
- Guide customers on rollout, prompt strategy, context configuration, and internal enablement
- Represent customer feedback internally and influence roadmap priorities
- Provide strategic account planning and business reviews with executive stakeholders
- Monitor account health, usage patterns, and engagement to drive renewals and expansion
