About the Role
You will design and deliver enablement experiences across the product suite, lead workshops and training, and guide customers from onboarding through long-term adoption. You will develop reusable training assets, partner with sales and solution teams, gather customer feedback, and connect product capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of customer-facing, enablement, or instructional experience in complex enterprise environments
- Presentation and communication skills for C-level, business, and technical audiences
- Product fluency across ChatGPT, Agents, and the broader OpenAI ecosystem
- Experience leading workshops and enablement programs
- Ability to design learning journeys and facilitate live sessions
- Ability to identify customer patterns and create scalable adoption approaches
- Ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Own enablement for ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for designated product areas
- Lead customer enablement from onboarding through expansion, optimization, and long-term adoption
- Design and deliver onboarding sessions, trainings, executive briefings, hackathons, and workshops
- Drive customer activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value
- Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to drive adoption
- Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product and program improvements
