About the Role

You will lead operational execution for AI learning programs and translate research priorities into scalable plans. You will manage data collection, annotation, teleoperation, robot fleet readiness, evaluation resources, vendors, workflows, training, scheduling, quality assurance, KPIs, and continuous operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; technical degrees preferred
• 5+ years of technical operations, program management, or cross-functional operations leadership experience
• Experience managing people, operators, or vendor teams
• Ability to translate technical priorities into scalable workflows, SOPs, and execution plans
• Knowledge of data pipelines, model training, and robot operations
• Communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous R&D environment
• Availability for five days per week of in-office collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution of AI learning programs
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across AI, hardware, robotics software, and operations
• Recruit, develop, and retain data collection, annotation, and teleoperation personnel
• Define, track, and report operational KPIs
• Maintain robot fleet health and readiness
• Drive program execution, resolve blockers, and manage priorities
• Manage end-to-end robot data collection and annotation programs
• Build scalable processes for high-quality datasets
• Organize evaluation resources and execute testing plans
• Capture and communicate experiment outcomes and operational learnings
