About the Role
You will own release infrastructure and improve CI, testing, deployment safety, observability, and diagnosis. You will identify release failure modes, remove bottlenecks, automate fragile workflows, create self-service guardrails, and establish a measurable roadmap for safe and fast releases.
Requirements
- Experience owning CI/CD or release infrastructure at scale
- Distributed-systems fundamentals
- Kubernetes-based delivery systems experience
- Argo CD, Terraform, Atlantis, or comparable infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Testing and automation experience
- Familiarity with AI coding tools
- SRE experience is a plus
- Multi-agent workflow knowledge is a plus
- TypeScript and Go are a plus
Responsibilities
- Map release architecture and identify failure modes
- Baseline CI, test, and deployment performance
- Own the release-tooling roadmap
- Remove CI and deployment bottlenecks
- Improve release observability and diagnosis
- Automate slow or failure-prone workflows
- Deliver self-service release workflows and guardrails
- Establish release infrastructure reliability metrics
