About the Role

You will lead the automation and platformization of operational processes to reduce repetitive work and human risk. You will build and improve observability and alerting, maintain Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, automate blockchain-node operations, and incorporate security, compliance, and auditability into infrastructure operations. You will collaborate on architecture and technical decisions, balancing reliability, delivery speed, security, and cost. You will also use AI tools and agentic workflows to improve engineering and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a related field.
  • Programming skills in Go, Python, Shell Script, or related languages.
  • Experience building and operating public-cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience building, operating, upgrading, scaling, and tuning Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code, such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
  • Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Jenkins.
  • Experience building and operating observability systems, including metrics, logging, and tracing.
  • Linux system administration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of distributed-systems design and networking technologies, including load balancing, network protocols, and storage systems.
  • Ability to use, evaluate, validate, and improve outputs from AI coding tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the automation and platformization of operational processes.
  • Build and continuously improve observability and alerting mechanisms.
  • Maintain and evolve Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, including upgrades, capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
  • Improve blockchain-node lifecycle management and automation.
  • Participate in architecture design and technical decisions with development teams.
  • Incorporate security, compliance, and auditability into infrastructure design and daily operations.
  • Use AI tools and agentic workflows to improve development and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and operation of the AI platform and related governance mechanisms.
