About the Role
You will operate and improve production infrastructure for web services, APIs, inference, and model-training environments. You will build automation, observability, deployment workflows, and cloud-agnostic platform tooling; resolve incidents; collaborate on secure and reproducible ML systems; and document operational processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role
- Cloud computing and highly available distributed systems experience
- Production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and on-call experience
- Experience with reliability KPIs, observability, alerting, and SLAs
- CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes experience
- Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or similar observability tooling knowledge
- Terraform or CloudFormation familiarity
- Python, Go, or Bash proficiency
- Networking, security, and system administration knowledge
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant infrastructure
- Operate production systems and troubleshoot incidents
- Implement monitoring, alerting, incident response, and root-cause analysis
- Maintain CI/CD, containerization, orchestration, logging, and alerting workflows
- Improve infrastructure automation and deployment using Kubernetes, Flux, and Terraform
- Develop reproducible model-training solutions with AI and ML researchers
- Build cloud-agnostic platform tooling
- Ensure infrastructure meets security and compliance requirements
- Document processes and procedures
- Contribute to open-source projects, publications, articles, and conferences
