About the Role
You will manage product rollouts and supervise agents across cities, representing Wave in the field. You will lead a team of agent openers to recruit and train agents, ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements, and train agents on applications, contracts, rebalancing and fraud procedures. You will collaborate with marketing and liquidity teams to equip agents and monitor cash and float availability. You will perform routine field visits to assess performance, report emerging issues, manage risk, identify and close underperforming agent accounts, recover equipment, and ensure branding is removed. You will act as the primary contact for agency networks in your territory and promote excellent customer service among distributors and agents.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and good command of the local language
- At least 2 years relevant experience managing an agent network in Niger including 1 year managing field based teams
- Located in or willing to relocate to Tahoua Arlit Dogondoutchi or Maradi
- Bachelor's degree in Sales Marketing or equivalent
- Work authorization in Niger
