About the Role
You will lead customer AI agent deployments from initial build through adoption and measurable business outcomes. You will create tailored development strategies, improve delivery systems and automation, coordinate complex rollouts, and align customer and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles, consulting, finance, product management, or project management
- Experience leading complex software or AI deployments with measurable results
- Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs
- Experience building scalable processes or playbooks
- Ability to communicate with executives and operators
Responsibilities
- Lead AI agent builds from zero to one
- Design agent development strategies for customer goals and technical environments
- Improve agent-build speed, quality, and consistency through systems, tooling, and automation
