About the Role
You will design and manage premium credit card products for high-net-worth customers and align card strategies with wealth management goals. You will drive acquisition and retention, build vendor partnerships, support premium servicing, analyze portfolio performance, and recommend actions to grow the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage premium credit card products for the high-net-worth segment
- Align credit card strategies with wealth management goals
- Develop differentiated value propositions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities
- Drive targeted acquisition strategies through referrals, events, and campaigns
- Partner with wealth managers to deliver bespoke card solutions
- Provide training and tools to wealth management teams
- Establish and manage luxury brand, travel, concierge, and other vendor partnerships
- Negotiate vendor agreements
- Oversee premium services including airport transfers, concierge, VIP support, and personalized offers
- Analyze acquisition, spending, retention, and profitability metrics
- Prepare recommendations for senior management
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
