About the Role

You will design and run scalable onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, webinars, and adoption playbooks. You will build deep product expertise, audit customer agent configurations, identify adoption gaps, track performance metrics, develop data driven strategies, and coordinate enablement initiatives across a high volume of customers.

Requirements

6 or more years in adoption customer or partner enablement digital CS enterprise growth or a similar role
Experience at an AI native or highly technical company
Experience with voice AI TTS conversational AI or developer facing products
Experience building adoption programs from the ground up
Fluency with AI tools automations and workflows
Strong analytical skills
Ability to drive cross functional outcomes without direct authority
Experience managing a high volume mid market or commercial book of business
Fluency in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

Build scalable customer onboarding and activation programs
Develop expertise across the product platform
Audit customer agent prompts configurations and feature setups
Identify adoption gaps and provide recommendations
Track leading and lagging adoption metrics
Develop data driven adoption strategies and playbooks
Deliver regional workshops webinars and enablement campaigns
Build AI powered automations and workflows
