About the Role
Support the operational and people-related aspects of the Amstelveen office by managing administrative processes, assisting with employee records and HR activities, coordinating vendors and facilities, organizing workplace initiatives, and bridging communication with headquarters in Korea.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in business English and proficiency in written and spoken Korean.
- Previous experience in office administration or HR support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality when handling employee or company data.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site at the Amstelveen office.
- Proactive, reliable, and positive attitude with ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office activities and maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle internal and external correspondence, mail, courier services, and calls.
- Liaise with cleaning, maintenance, courier, and other external vendors.
- Prepare administrative reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain office facilities and liaise with building management.
- Provide administrative support to cross-functional departments.
- Organize company events, team gatherings, workshops, and celebrations.
- Manage company asset registration and office inventory.
- Track leave and attendance and prepare timesheet, overtime, and HR reports.
- Prepare payroll data, including leave summaries, variable pay items, and allowances.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and cultural initiatives.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinate with headquarters regarding employee and company benefits.
