About the Role
You will guide ADME and DMPK data generation, sourcing, curation, and standardization. You will define modeling objectives and outputs, validate models, diagnose mismatches between predictions and experiments, oversee assay work, and shape property prediction workflows for pre-clinical development.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent
- 5+ years of industry experience in DMPK, pharmaceutical sciences, bioanalysis, medicinal chemistry, or a related field
- ADME optimization experience on drug discovery programs
- Knowledge of Tier 1 and Tier 2 in vitro assays
- ADME and DMPK data expertise
- Experience overseeing assay work and protocol design
- Ability to translate ADME/DMPK insights into modeling objectives and evaluation criteria
