About the Role
You will build chemistry reinforcement-learning environments, curate data, automate grading, and prevent shortcuts and data leakage. You will develop chemistry evaluations, run and analyze training experiments, document datasets and failure modes, and communicate findings to chemistry and AI research audiences.
Requirements
- PhD in chemistry, computational chemistry, or a related field
- Knowledge of organic and medicinal chemistry, reactions, synthesis, and SAR
- Strong Python skills
- Machine learning experience training and evaluating models
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and build chemistry reinforcement-learning environments
- Design and source experimental datasets, environments, and evaluations
- Develop evaluations for chemistry tasks
- Run and analyze training experiments
