About the Role
You will process vendor invoices, support payment runs, maintain vendor records, and reconcile payable and cash accounts. You will support general ledger activities, internal controls, month-end close, financial reporting, and audit documentation while ensuring accurate U.S. GAAP-compliant records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of general accounting experience
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible for required export authorization
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices with appropriate coding, approvals, and documentation
- Support weekly ACH, wire, and check payment runs
- Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries
- Assist with payable and cash-account reconciliations
- Support newly acquired-company integration and accounting-policy adoption
- Support general ledger accounting and accounting compliance
- Follow accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Assist with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare financial reports and management deliverables
- Provide documentation and analysis for internal and external audits
