About the Role

You will own end-to-end accounts payable for data center development projects, covering purchase orders, invoices, payments, reconciliations, and month-end close. You will enforce WBS cost coding and commitment controls, manage vendor onboarding, support bank account and entity setup, build scalable processes, and lead a team of AP professionals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounts payable or accounting operations experience
• 3+ years of team leadership experience
• Project-based or construction accounts payable experience
• Experience with purchase order workflows and capitalized costs
• Experience managing high invoice and payment volume across multiple entities and bank accounts
• Experience with NetSuite and Ramp
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of internal controls
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field

Responsibilities

• Manage WBS-based project budgets and cost coding
• Process purchase orders invoices approvals and payments
• Reconcile invoices against committed contract values
• Perform AP subledger to GL and vendor statement reconciliations
• Support month-end close and project accruals
• Manage vendor onboarding and banking verification
• Coordinate bank account openings and legal entity creation
• Lead and develop a team of 2–3 AP professionals
• Build scalable AP processes approval workflows and internal controls
• Report on AP aging accruals and project spend
