About the Role

You will own key monthly revenue-close activities, apply ASC 606 to customer arrangements, and maintain audit-ready documentation. You will partner on contract reviews, billing completeness, new product launches, reconciliations, controls, and scalable process automation.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in ASC 606, including multi-element arrangements, SSP evaluation, variable consideration, contract modifications, and principal-versus-agent analysis
• Experience leading revenue close activities, including deferred revenue management, unbilled receivables, journal-entry review, and month-end flux analysis
• Experience partnering with Sales and Legal on contract review and revenue-impact assessments
• Experience in a pre-IPO or public-company environment with external audit, controls build-out, and revenue accounting documentation
• Active CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification
• Strong systems proficiency

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly revenue-close activities, including journal entries, deferred and unbilled revenue schedules, reconciliations, and flux analysis
• Perform usage-completeness and billing-to-general-ledger reconciliations and resolve exceptions
• Review customer contracts and apply ASC 606 guidance
• Support accounting for credits, refunds, contract modifications, cutoff, and variable consideration
• Prepare revenue workpapers, audit support, and control evidence
• Support accounting readiness and user acceptance testing for new products, pricing, billing models, and partner launches
• Improve and automate revenue processes, reconciliations, documentation, and exception reporting
