About the Role
You will process and review supplier invoices, perform three-way matching, resolve discrepancies, maintain vendor accounts, prepare payment runs, respond to queries, and support close activities. You will maintain accurate AP data, ensure compliance with accounting and VAT requirements, and improve procure-to-pay workflows.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or procure-to-pay operations.
- Experience with ERP systems and AP automation tools such as NetSuite.
- Knowledge of purchase-order-based invoicing, three-way matching, and procure-to-pay processes.
- Knowledge of financial compliance requirements and VAT.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices in ERP and PTP systems.
- Review invoices for process and documentation compliance.
- Support end-to-end accounts-payable activities.
- Maintain accurate AP data.
- Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Investigate pricing, quantity, tax, and contract-term issues.
- Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
- Manage supplier inquiries and statement reconciliations.
- Prepare and support payment runs.
- Respond to AP queries from stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, audit requirements, and VAT regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities.
- Monitor AP tasks, deadlines, and controls.
- Improve AP efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operational teams.
