About the Role

You will process high-volume domestic and international vendor invoices across multiple entities, perform purchase-order matching, coordinate approvals, and manage tax payment requests. You will support expense reimbursements, maintain data center expense records, respond to finance requests, and improve accounts payable workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Knowledge of general ledger coding and automated workflow tools
• Experience with ERP accounting systems and expense reimbursement software
• Intermediate or better Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Organizational, time-management, prioritization, and independent-work skills
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in global accounts payable or the data center or technology sector
• Experience with complex multi-entity company structures
• Experience with NetSuite, Emburse, or Certify

Responsibilities

• Analyze, code, and process domestic and international vendor invoices across multiple operating entities
• Perform three-way matching for purchase-order invoices and coordinate departmental approvals
• Process monthly and quarterly tax payment requests
• Support employee expense reimbursement approvals and policy compliance
• Maintain and update the Master Datacenter file
• Handle analytical requests for Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams
• Identify workflow enhancements and perform additional accounts payable duties
