About the Role
You will lead the record-to-report function and manage the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual close process. You will maintain the general ledger and balance sheet, supervise GL accountants, coordinate intercompany accounting, support consolidation and audits, and improve accounting processes through automation and standardization.
Requirements
- CPA or equivalent professional designation
- At least 8 years of accounting experience
- At least 2 years at a Big 4 firm
- IFRS
- General Ledger
- Financial close
- Multi-entity accounting
- International accounting

Responsibilities
- Own and run monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Build and maintain the close calendar and checklist
- Identify risks and escalate issues early
- Manage and coordinate the R2R team
- Oversee journal entries, trial balance accuracy, and balance-sheet reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve unusual or aged items
- Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Prepare consolidation data and support audit and statutory reporting
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, and standardization
