Build and maintain relationships with Dutch-speaking clients, support them through phone, email, Teams, WhatsApp, and other channels, identify their needs, provide tailored solutions, promote relevant products and services, handle inquiries and complex cases, and contribute to business objectives.
Requirements
- Native-level Dutch
- High-level English
- 3+ years of client service experience
- Customer service and sales orientation
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience or knowledge of financial markets, investing, or cryptocurrencies is advantageous
- Comfort using AI tools
- Organization, proactivity, prioritization, and teamwork
