About the Role
You will manage qualified, warm leads throughout the credit application process. You will advise SME customers on financing options, build trust through informed guidance, maintain partner relationships, and keep Salesforce customer data current across all sales stages. You will also share experiences and successes with colleagues.
Requirements
- Demonstrate passion for sales and motivation to achieve targets
- Communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships
- Work proactively and in a results-oriented manner with accuracy and speed of execution
- Organize work effectively, remain calm under pressure, and solve problems quickly and pragmatically
- Speak fluent, business-proficient German and good English
Responsibilities
- Engage and support SME customers throughout the credit application process
- Continuously manage qualified leads from Salesforce and other channels to maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Explain financing options from lending partners and stay informed about the market and competitors
- Develop a deep understanding of lenders and credit products in the market
- Maintain relationships and processes with lending partners
- Keep customer information in Salesforce up to date across all sales stages
- Share experiences and successes with the team
