About the Role
You will be the face and voice of Via for our partners, both internally and externally. You'll build genuine, durable relationships with the cities and operators working to deliver better transportation for their communities, while owning the commercial outcomes that come with it — from complex renewals to service expansions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of owning and growing strategic accounts independently at the most senior levels
- Quantitatively inclined and data savvy; ability to use complex data sets to drive strategic decisions and influence senior stakeholders
- An entrepreneurial relationship builder who brings clarity and confidence to highly complex, politically sensitive situations
- A reliable, motivated self-starter
- A natural leader
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of complex, high-value partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to partners at the most senior levels, translating their ideas and community needs into revenue opportunities
- Build and steward deep, long-term relationships with partners, acting as a strategic peer to senior leadership
- Use service performance data to set the strategic direction for each partnership
- Independently lead multi-year and highly complex contract renewals and service expansions, navigating high-stakes negotiations with executive stakeholders
- Champion new products and capabilities internally, influencing Via's roadmap and advocating for partners
