About the Role
You will support advisory, structuring, and execution work for clients with investments across the private-capital universe. You will gain exposure to GP-led secondary transactions, including continuation vehicles, tender offers, preferred equity solutions, NAV loans, GP stake sales, and sponsor financing solutions. You will work with professionals across the firm to deliver high-quality client advice.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a four-year undergraduate college or university
- Have a graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027
