About the Role
You will analyze markets, evaluate investment and ASIC acquisition opportunities, build financial models, conduct due diligence, and develop recommendations for strategic initiatives. You will support deal structuring and negotiations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, optimize the ASIC mining fleet, and report performance through dashboards and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a related field
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Project management skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Lead market research to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities
- Present market analyses and strategic insights to senior leadership
- Create and manage financial models for ASIC acquisitions, investments, fleet optimization, and other opportunities
- Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessments
- Identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities through implementation
- Prepare investment memoranda, board presentations, and supporting documentation
- Recommend operating enhancements to maximize ASIC mining fleet profitability
- Assist with deal structuring and negotiation
- Manage relationships with partners, consultants, and legal counsel
- Coordinate strategic initiatives with finance, legal, operations, and corporate development teams
- Track and report ASIC mining fleet performance and strategic decisions
- Develop dashboards and reports for senior management
- Perform other assigned duties
