About the Role

You will manage daily office operations in the Toronto office, act as the primary point of contact for employees, vendors, and building management, and ensure reliable workplace services. You will coordinate maintenance and supplies, track expenses and budgets, plan and support employee events and onboarding activities, oversee vendor services, maintain asset tracking and office organization, and support office projects while coordinating with internal partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in workplace coordination hospitality or event management
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement solutions
• Experience organizing in-person and virtual events
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations
• Coordinate with building management and handle maintenance requests
• Maintain inventory of supplies
• Track office expenses and support budget management
• Plan and support employee events and onboarding activities
• Oversee vendor services to ensure consistent service quality
• Maintain office organization, furniture updates, and asset tracking
• Support office projects and coordinate with internal partners
