About the Role

You manage daily workplace operations, including food programs, deliveries, mailroom services, decor, and supplies. You develop office procedures and programming, maintain a welcoming and safe workplace, support onboarding and events, coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, manage vendor relationships, update floor plans, coordinate moves and workspace assignments, and resolve workplace issues with internal partners and external providers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day workplace operations
  • Manage food programs, deliveries, mailroom services, decor, and supplies
  • Ensure smooth workplace functionality and service standards
  • Develop and maintain office procedures and programming
  • Maintain a welcoming, safe, and professional office environment
  • Support employees and guests with workplace-related requests
  • Plan employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics
  • Arrange desk setups, office tours, and workplace introductions
  • Coordinate onsite meeting and event logistics
  • Manage vendor relationships and service levels
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs
  • Submit building management work orders
  • Update floor plans
  • Perform workplace moves
  • Coordinate new hire space assignments
  • Collaborate with Workplace, Security, IT/AV, and Communications teams
  • Escalate and resolve workplace feedback and issues
