About the Role
You will support the planning, organization, and follow-up of international trade fairs, customer events, and internal events. You will coordinate activities with international locations, agencies, organizers, and service providers; create marketing materials; maintain website and social-media content; and conduct market and competitor research.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in marketing, business administration, event management, communication, or a comparable degree program
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, organization, and follow-up of international trade fairs, customer events, and internal events
- Coordinate event activities with international locations
- Work with agencies, trade-fair organizers, and service providers
- Create presentations, newsletters, event materials, and marketing content in German and English
- Maintain and update the website and support social-media activities for international events
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Provide administrative support for international marketing projects
