About the Role
You will help prepare accurate client-support responses and run day-to-day Altersvorsorgedepot operations. You will document workflows, create guides and error catalogues, reconcile payments and records, investigate recurring errors, and identify manual processes that could be improved or automated.
Requirements
- Fluent German communication skills at B2/C1 level
- Working proficiency in English
- Structured and precise working style
- Willingness to read and understand regulation
- Ability to work with ambiguity
- Spreadsheet proficiency
- AI tooling proficiency
- Availability for a minimum of six months
- Based in Berlin
Responsibilities
- Prepare clear and accurate responses to client-support questions
- Support contract registration, contribution management, annual bonus applications, and payment reconciliation
- Document workflows and create step-by-step guides and error catalogues
- Keep operational documentation current as rules and systems evolve
- Investigate recurring ZfA error cases and reconcile payments with records
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement and automation
