About the Role
This is an internship or working student opportunity at a purpose-driven climate tech company. The role combines business and marketing knowledge with sustainability-focused communications and research.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in business administration, marketing, technology, environmental management, or environmental science
- A relevant master's degree is a plus
- Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, LinkedIn, or similar content tools
- Previous B2B marketing experience through internships or similar experience
- Sustainability or climate tech experience is a plus
- Structured, independent, detail-oriented working style with the ability to manage parallel projects
- Business-oriented mindset and positive attitude
- Strong written and oral German and English communication skills
- Ideally based in Central Europe, with Berlin or Eberswalde a plus
- Flexible hours arranged around the candidate's schedule
Responsibilities
- Update and rework the corporate website using WordPress
- Create content for social media and Medium
- Help organise events
- Perform market analysis and competitor research
- Review and update sales collateral and presentations
- Manage and update the company database and CRM
- Contribute new ideas
